The plant is said to be a medicinal one and the oil is extracted from there. They have a lot of anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties and this oil is also anti-inflammatory by nature. When applied it can reduce the inflammation and it can also help in the scar reduction. This oil is also very effective when it comes to wound healing. It can also prevent acne and pigmentation on skin.

Rosehip Seed Oil

This one is mostly used as a solution for ageing and one can apply it directly on skin. It can be applied on the scarred area of the face or the body and this has an immediate effect in reducing them. One can apply it twice on a daily basis to reduce any kind of scars and scar related discoloration.

Honey

Hone is something which is available at most homes. They have a lot of medicinal purposes. For example, they can be used on wounds, burns and herpes in order to treat them. According to many researches, application of honey can also speed up the wound healing and so it reduces the chance of a wound turning into a scar later on. Wound clearing and wound cleansing happen when honey is directly applied there. This is because it has anti-bacterial properties that can fight infection.

Aloe Vera

This is also a very common home remedy to treat acne scars. It can aid the healing process of the scar naturally. One can scrape fresh Aloe Vera gel from the leaves of Aloe Vera plant and then apply it on the affected area. One can apply the sticky gel at night and leave them overnight to wash it the next day morning. This can show the best results within a few days.

Lemon Juice

They have a very significant effect on the scars. One can apply fresh lemon juice directly on the scars to get benefits from it. This can also help in preventing the discoloration of the skin tone. But lemon juice is said to be very much acidic and hence one must use just a few drops on it.

One can also use scar facewash on a regular basis in order to diminish them.
