Indian Reality Tv Shows Are Your Worst Enemy. Ways To Defeat It

We all know the anger and despair that comes when reality tv is on like babar ki kitni patniya thi. It’s just not funny. You can’t help but pity these contestants and feel bad for them. But you might be asking, what could I do to stop it? Don’t worry – we are here to tell you how! Read on to find out more about this serious problem and how you can defend yourself against it.

1. Street Fighting

The most common way to defeat reality tv is with street-fighting skills. If you are walking down the street, and you see reality tv, that is probably the most important time to use your street fighting skills. The reason this is such an important time is because, not only do you have the element of surprise on your side (who would expect reality tv in real life?) but also because if you don’t fight right away, it’ll get close enough to touch you and cause serious psychological damage. When confronted by reality tv on the street, it’s important that you follow a few simple steps:

2. Know Your Enemy

The first thing you want to do is figure out the exact kind of reality tv you’re dealing with. There are two types of reality tv, Non-Prescription and Prescription. Non-prescription reality tv can be defeated by simply saying, “I’m not into that,” and walking away. Prescription reality tv usually comes from a doctor or a therapist and it’s important to remember that, so you don’t get confused and try fighting prescription with non-prescription methods. If you’re dealing with prescription reality tv, it’s important that you remember your doctor prescribed it for a reason and try to learn from what the television is showing you instead of arguing with it or trying to fight back against it.

3. “The Talk”

If you’re fighting non-prescription reality tv, one of the most important steps to fighting it is a step that many parents skip over. Many parents think talking about sex and drugs is unnecessary and that their kids will learn about these things on their own; however, this can be incredibly harmful because when your kids see these things on tv there’s no way for them to know what’s real and what’s fake. If you’ve skipped over the “The Talk”, it might be a good idea to have a quick reminder about how reality tv works:

4. The Truth

This is the most important way to defeat reality tv, and many of you will have already realized this by now. The truth is, when you’re battling reality tv, fighting it with facts and logic doesn’t work very well. What works better? Talking about your feelings – what makes you angry, sad or happy; talking about how the TV show makes you feel; or even just saying “I don’t like this” and walking away.

5. Remove The Television

The last step to defeating reality tv is one that many people know about but don’t do: removing the television from your house completely, or at least removing it from your room or area where it’s viewed. It’s actually not that difficult to take off the television these days. You just need to get a few pieces of equipment and you can have a working television in no time at all. The first piece of equipment is called a TV-Reverse, which allows you to plug in any old television and use it as a monitor. The second item is an HDMI device called an HDMI Switch, which allows you to connect your older devices up to your current high definition televisions so that they will work with your new HDtv without having to buy new devices for each one.

6. Fighting Reality Television With Words

Reality television is all around us and we can’t escape it. No matter what happens you need to keep in mind that the best way to overcome reality television is with words, words and more words. So just keep talking!

7. Keeping It In Perspective

It’s important not to let yourself get wrapped up in reality television. The reason this is so important is because if you start getting wrapped up in the drama, then you might forget that for every show about people having a good time there are others that are showing people falling apart and dying (celebrity apprentice vs 16 and pregnant). Getting into reality television can be a very good thing in some cases, but the problem is when we get too wrapped up in it. If you start to get too caught up, then you will forget about the important things in your life like being loved and having fun. The next thing you know, you’ll be crying over celebrities on a soap opera!

8. Turn It Off

It’s important not to let yourself get so caught up in reality television that you forget there are other things that are more important than watching reality television programs. There are many shows out there now that help people through their problems and help them find solutions to their problems rather than falling apart when they happen.
