10 Ideas For TRAVELLING

Sitting down in a new country can be an adventure, and that’s what we’re here to help you do. We’ve put together a list of 10 ideas for TRAVELING with helpful hints, advice, and guidance into every country that you could possibly want to visit on your next trip. Can corned beef kill dogs?

These cheat sheets include everything from a brief description of the country’s history, currency information, tips on how to get around (planes, trains) and culture centered attractions. Check out the list for great recommendations!

Celebrations in Paris:  France has so much to celebrate! National holidays take up about 25% of the year making French people quite happy. In Paris, find a street festival to celebrate Bastille Day (July 14th) or check out the National Day of Music (June 23rd).

The Mayan civilization: 

Mexico is full of ancient history with the Mayan civilization, which existed from 1500 B.C to 1450 A.D. Visit Tulum and the Ruins of Cobá or Chichén Itzá and the Pyramid of Kukulcan. The perfect getaway for any hollywood-loving, nature-seeking, history buff! Explore the Mexican jungle, or head down to the coast for some relaxation time.

Urban Thailand: Bangkok is the capital and largest city of Thailand. The Thai Capital is filled with great shopping, local eats and offers a unique mix of modern and traditional culture. Ride elephants and take boat trips to visit floating markets in Thailand. Make sure to practice good etiquette before you arrive as some things are considered rude here.

New Zealand is a place for adventure travelers, the landscape is unbeatable here. Just by looking at the name, you can tell that New Zealand has an amazing landscape. With its wild woodlands, glaciers and sheer cliffs, it’s very difficult to describe. Also try visiting the animals in their natural habitats for a sight you won’t forget.

A sight you won’t forget, China is filled with landmarks that are hard to imagine. The Great Wall of China is an extensive structure built by hundreds of laborers to display the might of the Chinese empire. A trip to China is a must in any tourist’s journey! It is home to the Great Wall of China and Terracotta Warriors. Some magnificent historical treasures that you cannot miss!

#6 – India:  

A country of internal conflict, India has recently made tourism a priority. Visit museums, temples and the markets to find some interesting souvenirs. Head over to Rajasthan to see the magnificent palaces that capture one’s attention with their rich colors and designs. India has some of the most beautiful scenery of all countries. The Taj Mahal, Mahabalipuram and Hampi are the three most popular sites to visit.

#7 – South Africa:  

Some of the most beautiful cities in South Africa are Cape Town, Jo’burg, Windhoek and Durban. Try to get there during the winter months as this is a scenic time to visit. Make sure to spend some time with the animals at the Johannesburg Zoo, or go on safari in one of Africa’s most remarkable countries to see all of its wildlife.

With the ocean on one side, and mountains on the other, Portugal is the perfect place to get a taste of both worlds. Go to the Algarve and visit its beautiful fish market. If you like wine, then you’re in luck, because there is plenty to enjoy here. Portugal has some of the most scenic areas in the world. The Algarve region with its white sandy beaches and rugged cliffs are just breathtaking!

England is home to some of the most beautiful, storied and historical sites in the world. From the Great Wall of China to Stonehenge, and all throughout London, there’s plenty to see. England is the birthplace of modern democracy, with some of the most famous landmarks in the world. The red telephone box, and Big Ben are just a few. Dotted around the country, you will find tons of castles and centuries old churches. Learning about England’s history will make your trip that much more enjoyable.

There are some great places to visit in Japan. The Kyu-Shiba Ropeway, Tokyo Tower and the Japanese Garden of Ikebukuro are all wonderful sights to see. Japan is one of the most unique places in the world, and a popular destination for those who have just completed their online TEFL courses. Its culture and architecture is amazing. Take a tour around Tokyo and visit the area around Mount Fuji! You will not be disappointed. A visit to Japan will be a memorable experience for the whole family. Make sure to visit the famous temples, gardens and all the kimonos.

Best travel tips. For the longest time, I never knew how to pack for my travels. Remember to practice good manners at all times when traveling, especially in countries that have very different cultures than you. Don’t forget to dress appropriately for each country as well.
