Heads or tails- It depends on how you flip it

Mathematics is one of the complicated subjects that anyone feels. This first statement itself gives you an understanding of how mathematics is perceived. Personally, if you ask many people they say that they hate Maths or they escape out of this context.

Why does math have so many negative implications? One-third of the audience gives the answers as to what Maths is for them and if you ask the people who really love Maths they say, they fall for it. It really teaches them how to handle complications and how to deal with complications by creating solutions.

When you look at the subject maths it would look very odd and sometimes it would be scary because it completely speaks with numbers. People who are quantitative measure everything and want everything to be only in numbers.

Serious researches have been conducted on this issue because many feel that people who are Maths lovers they definitely love to deal with everything in numbers. They seem to be very practical and want everything to be in practice. If you consider sociable people who give importance to people and thoughts, they feel everything to be in a qualitative context.

These are the two extremes that we deal with and this world also is filled in with. Why is that maths being spoken as difficult because whenever we decide Maths to be the toughest one we need to understand why it is being called so and why people are considered as a great threat in dealing with it.

We are forgetting the beautiful contexts involved in it and also some life-saving lessons incorporated into it. Let’s take a simple topic to understand here that is called probability. Probability many feel that it is something illogical and it is out of the way to consider it as a practical solution.

But we have forgotten the greatest aspect that probably gives you another lifeline of permutation and combination where it is not only with numbers but also teaches you some important life leads and life chances.

Your life with probability is sometimes fairy and you have to make sure that you are calculated by permutation and combination of the changes that appear in your life. Probability teaches you that it is going to be a 50/50 context coin toss and it is a proposed theory that your chances are 50-50.

What does that 50-50 proposition mean?

We really remember that life is not completely a bed of roses and it is not going to be the only cakewalk in all the things that you proceed with. When you have 50% of happiness you have to really expect 50% of bad things as well. The same is the case and the vice versa applies.

Whenever we are not confident in a decision, we believe that it is going to be a good one or it is going to be a bad one. This kind of stance or the chances that we need to make in our mind before we concretely take solutions and we call it a 50-50 proposition. This is the ultimate concept taught in mathematics called probability and we have ignored it in our schools and in the colleges to deal with it.

Nowadays many feel and regret in fact why we have not given so much importance to the probability of teaching in maths class. If it is now our listening capability to the class of probability will be at a different level and it can give you many interpretations for your life survival.

Chances are for changes

When we coin flip we feel that it has to be probably the best for us. When we go for coin toss we always think in our mind that the decision what we have taken should appear in the coin tossing. Fortunately or unfortunately it can happen if the way you expect or sometimes the way opposite. This is why we need to know reality as how to flip a coin for how to go for toss flipping.

Coin tossing is not something just to flip a coin to the sky above and you just get the heads or tails. Beyond that, you are fixing a decision on heads or tails and you wait for a result whether to get your head or to get the decision on the tail. It might seem to be very logical when we speak about maths but still, it has got so many life lessons into it.

What lessons for you?

Maths teaches you probability and probability teaches you coin flipping and the coin-flipping teaches you how to make decisions and how this can be even a 50/50 proposition. It’s really a cycle and you can see a circle of revolving concepts. Surprisingly this is also very much intact of your decision making and you can never regret taking decisions through coin tossing or through flip a coin.

Make it very understanding and also a little creative in the nature of how this probability has got a different perception to understand. When we toss a coin we have to be really clear in how to toss and what to get. Sometimes coin-tossing also determines your result. That is why we have to ensure and get better experience to toss coins in such a way that we get the actual result that we expect.

Can we associate this coin tossing with gambling?

This has got multiple interpretations and it has its own answers because we can make this as a gambling and also as not a gambling concept. Of course, we have some maths behind this and that is what we give a frame of probability concept here. Thus we cannot completely say it as luck. There is a line of difference between chance and luck because people who want to take challenges in their life will not say that luck has favored them. This is why people say that it’s going to be really 50/50 chances and not as 50-50 luck.
