What is eso trifling glyph of health?
The answer to what is eso trifling glyph of health might seem simple, but there’s a lot more that you need to know. For example: How does it work? What does it do for me? How much does it cost? Is there any other way I can get the same thing for less money or without spending a dime?
The glyh is very popular in Elder Scrolls Online and many other RPGs, but this guide is set to answer these questions and more. In the first part we’ll talk about the Glyph itself, what makes it good and why you should play its champion. In the second part we’ll put our heads together and figure out how to get similar results with less hassle. This can be done through other perks, sets and Champion abilities (traits).
How To Use It Well?
Let’s start with the basics, because there are a lot of people who don’t understand what the Glyph does. And it’s no wonder, since the word “Health” has a completely different meaning for this game than for real life. So what is eso trifling glyph of health? Simply put, it increases your maximum health by 240. To put it simply, if you have 250 health, after equipping the Glyph of Health you will have 390. But is this all there is to it? The official description states that: “Increases your maximum health by 240.” The unofficial description states that: “Increases your Maximum Health by 240 points.”
What’s the difference?
The first one tells us the Glyph gives us 240 extra points of health. The second one adds an additional word, “points”. This might not seem like a big deal, but it is. The eso trifling glyph of health increases your overall maximum health by 240 points, which means each point of health can be increased as much as 6 times (from 80 to 480). I’m not kidding: 60 health +240+240=800 health. That’s 8 times more than the default maximum!
But it gets even better, because the Glyph is actually very effective and can be used effectively by any player regardless of how old or experienced they are. If you’re level 1 and over, you can use the Glyph for no cost, if you’re level 50 and above then it costs only 2800 gold (or 730k Elder Scrolls Online points/cspoints). That’s a cost of 1/3rd of your total gold on account creation. For level 50, that’s only one fifth of your total gold. So this is definitely very reasonable.
Why are people so excited about the glyph?
Because it’s a simple and effective way to increase your health. We’re talking about an increase of only 250 points, but that does make a substantial difference, especially considering the incredible cost-effectiveness. 240 health is not even half of the entire maximum health – which is 520 points – and you can easily get it on a few other ways (traits for example). However, for most people this isn’t enough. That’s why many are excited about the Glyph: because it’s so easy to get (even if you’re level 50) and costs so little money.
An Added Benefit: Traits with Glyphs:
If you’re looking for more ways to get this effect, and you’re a Champion, then you’ll be happy to know that there are also set traits which grant the same bonus. Which ones? The two best sets with glyphs are Light and Heavy Armor Masteries, two sets which were added in Update 19 . If you already have them (and have a level 50 character) then you can just equip the glyph in them (in their left-hand slot), along with your current weapon. This is not always needed, but it’s certainly a good idea if the Glyph will add any health to your maximum health.
How to get it?
The easiest way to get the Glyph is through purchasing it from Guild Traders. They sell it for the price of 1 gold per point. However, if you want to save some money, then you can use a few Championpoints to unlock a Master Enchantment in your left-hand slot and then get the Glyph for free. You’ll also be able to use some of your Championpoints on a Master Enchantment which will add eso trifling glyph of health to your current weapons, provided you have one equipped in that slot. It will cost you only 3500 Championpoints (or 100 points).
What other ways are there to get the Glyph?
There are a few other ways to get it: through Trial Completion, from Rewards boxes and from completing content. Here is a little comparison of these 3 ways, assuming you have all accesses unlocked:
1. Through Rewards Boxes and completing content: A similar Glyph can be obtained through various types of rewards (including consumables) and by completing certain content. How does it differ? It has a different name, which makes it different in attributes. It’s called “Glyph of Health” (the same as the default one) with an extra word before “Health”. The unofficial description states: “Increases your Maximum Health by 240 points.” And, believe it or not, the more expensive version of the Glyph is no better than the cheaper one.
2. Through Trials Completion: The other type of Health Glyph is called “Glyph of Hardening” and has a different unofficial description: “Increases your Maximum Health by 240 points.” How does this differ from the one we’re talking about? It doesn’t! This Glyph and the one discussed above are identical in all aspects, except for one thing – cost. The Glyph of Hardening can only be obtained through completion of certain trials and Veteran Dungeons. In other words, you can’t just go to the store and buy it with gold, or with Cspoints. This is why this Glyph is more expensive: because you have to run content in order to get it. It’s a good thing that it costs twice as much!
3. Through Guild Stores: The third type of Health Glyph has an unofficial description which says: “Increase your Maximum Health by 240 points.” It’s called “Glyph of Health” and can be purchased from guild stores for the price of 1 gold per point. As mentioned before, this Glyph gives you exactly the same bonuses as the two previous ones, but for half the price (since you purchase it directly from the store).
