Gbcn Health and Fitness is a resource operated by trainers, nutritionists, personal trainers, fitness instructors, martial arts specialists and personal development coaches – all socially responsible business owners. The goals of Gbcn Health and Fitness are to help people learn how to live more healthily. We want to provide people with knowledge that can be applied in their lives on a daily basis. This information should help us grow and become better people. We also have plans for making this an interactive platform where people communicate with each other about different topics in health and fitness.

– To offer advice and tips to other members about specific topics that you are interested in

– To ask for advice or feedback about anything related to health and fitness

– To post requests for specific trainers, nutritionists or personal trainers who you would like to have join Gbcn Health and Fitness

Gbcn Health and Fitness provides the following services:

– Knowledge – Knowledge can be a bit technical so this section is focused on providing easy to understand articles with some science facts, but also with a focus on making the information accessible for everybody. (Articles are written by professional scientists and verified in the library of knowledge.)

– Advice – If you want to ask a question you can use the forum – where you will be able to ask any question and get advice from fellow members, or you can contact the member directly by email. (People who want to help out with questions they might not know all the answers to, or who have some extra time, but who don’t want to create content for Gbcn Health and Fitness as a part time job, are very welcome as consultants.)

– Feedback – We are working on making Gbcn Health and Fitness an interactive platform where issues that people have in health and fitness can be discussed. You can use this feature to help you get advice, or to advice other people about specific topics. (This feature is in the making, but if you want to participate right now you can join the forum.)

– Content – Content that are published by members of Gbcn Health and Fitness. As a member (this is not limited to trainers) you are able to publish articles and videos on topics that are related to health and fitness. Paying a monthly fee gives you access to more features like your own webpage where people can contact you directly. All content that is published on Gbcn Health and Fitness is verified in the library of knowledge.

Advantages:

– You can get access to trainers, nutritionists and personal trainers who can help you with your specific questions.

– Gbcn Health and Fitness is a resource operated by people who are involved in this industry themselves, so you don’t have to worry about unprofessional advice.

– Some of the members will be able to make consultations in person if that is possible for you.

– The information provided on Gbcn Health and Fitness will be reviewed by scientists before they are published, which means that all articles are valid.

– We will have a feature where people can communicate with each other about topics related to health and fitness. This feature is still in the making, but for now you can join the forum and ask for advice within the application, or you can contact the member directly by email.

– At some point in the future we want to include a social network where people can communicate with each other about health and fitness.

Gbcn Health and Fitness also has a marketplace where members on various platforms can sell their services and products to each other. 

Disadvantages:

– If you don’t have enough time to learn everything there is to know about health and fitness, or if you are new to Gbcn Health and Fitness, it might be a good idea for you to start with something that might be easier for you.

– The marketplace is still in the making so it will take some time before the system becomes fully functional. 

– You need to pay a monthly fee in order to get access to more features like your own webpage where people can contact you directly and become a better member of the community. We also need more content published on Gbcn Health and Fitness before we are able add new features.
