What is the fft wotl job tree?
Fft wotl job tree is a FREE continuing education program for the employees and managers of the Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism and Leisure industries. The program will help employees and managers learn new skills to increase productivity at work or advance their careers. Job Tree: Combines over 100 different industry-related topics with over 1,000 hours of instruction in one location -all FREE! (TIP: Use the filters on left of page to narrow your search.) To qualify for this course you need to be an employee with at least one year of tenure or a manager who has been in his/her position for at least 6 months.
How to use the fft wotl job tree?
If you are an employee: – Go to the Roster link and find the Your ID/Username section. Click on “Forgot your username?” link. Enter your email address and click on Send. You will receive a username link via email. Click on the username link once received, then click login . – Enter your Username and Password from Step 1 and click Login . – Once you have logged into the site, you will see your screen similar to this one below.
Use of QR Code:
If you are an employee: – Enter your Username and Password from Step 1 and click Login . – Once you have logged into the site, go to your Dashboard . – You can also login from the top right corner of any screen. – Your dashboard will look like this one below.

The Job Tree comprises a total of 1,420 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) in 4 main job categories plus 98 other job categories. – Mgmt – Guest Service (includes Food & Beverage, Banquet & Catering, Housekeeping) – Rooms Division (includes Housekeeping and Engineering) – Marketing (includes PR, Sales & Revenue Management and Strategy Planning) Click on the “Search” button under each category to view the curriculum. The curriculum is organized in eight different groups (i.e., “Tourism Management”, “F&B Management”, etc.).
Within each group, there are approximately 80 CEUs per skill area. – To view your Job Tree, log into the Job Tree page in your Dashboard . – The Job Tree will appear as a list of skills with ratings, titles and descriptions for each skill. Click on any skill name to see job responsibilities and requirements for that skill and each required category. Enter the Job Tree by providing your username and password at the Login page.
