The Surprising Truth About Weed Flavoring Drops.

What are weed flavoring drops?

Weed flavoring drops are a thing. But they will make your weed taste like candy and is delicious if you can get past the initial flavor. You get it in a little bag of concentrated flavoring, with no additives like nicotine or tar so you can use as much or as little as you want to control the flavor in your e-liquid. They are vegan, gluten free, and have no calories but do not have any sugar added either. It’s an easy way to sweeten up that pumpkin spice strain that has been growing on everyone over the last few months!

But, before we go into more detail about flavoring drops, you might be asking yourself why do you need them? Well, your weed itself is a hard flavor to capture in e-liquid. Strain mixes are the best way to get an accurate flavor of the strain that you’re smoking but it’s not always possible to find one for everyone. The best alternative right now is to use what is called terpenes. Terpenes are the molecules that make up a weed’s natural aroma and taste. They are what give your bud its unique smell and flavor.

What makes it so unique?

The main reason is because it has all of the terpenes that you would normally find in plants like dill, lemons and limes, berries and many others, which is awesome because it’s all natural flavorings. This is one of the best ways to get the exact flavor that you desire but with a much lower THC level. The highest concentration is at 100mg of THC whereas flavoring drops are anywhere from 1-20mg or 1-25mg.

History and how it was created?

These were invented by a man named Chris Linenkugel who wanted to create a safe way for people to enjoy weed without any negative side effects on your health. He wanted to create a way to keep the unique flavors of different strains without having the mind altering THC in them. After years of testing and research, he came up with his special process that we’re all now enjoying.

How much should you use?

It is recommended that beginners start off with 20-25 drops in a 10ml batch. Keep in mind that if you want your weed to taste like berries, you’re going to need significantly more drops than say 20 drops of watermelon flavor or a slight flavor boost. Save yourself some time and get their flavors with a higher concentration.

How do you use it?

This is the best part! They are very easy to use and the instructions are on the back of every flavor bag. Melt your weed in a double boiler then let it cool down for 30 minutes (any longer than this will result in poor flavor). Then, add your flavoring drops or terpenes and stir until it’s evenly distributed throughout. You may also want to add some propylene glycol if you would like to reduce that burnt taste. You can use the ratio of VG to PG that you prefer in your e-liquid or if you want to add a little or a lot, just don’t go over what’s called the maximum recommended dosage.

After you’re done adding flavoring drops, let it cool down for about another 24 hours to let the terpenes do their work. You also want to shake the bottle every hour after all of the ingredients are mixed together and finished cooling down. You might want to strain out some of the natural dry flavors from your weed using a coffee filter after letting it cool down completely.

Terpenes or flavoring drops?

If you want a specific strain of weed, I would recommend using terpenes. They are more accurate and natural compared to the artificial flavoring drops that were made for people who don’t like smoking cannabis. I found that most of the flavors are pretty accurate to their natural counterparts but it does take some time to get used to if you’re not used to vaping as well. And also keep in mind that if you’re using this in an e-cig vape device, you may want to use 3-5% of your total vegetable glycerin because vaping e-juice with higher concentrations will result in a burnt taste.

What are the other flavors besides weed flavoring drops?

There’s also these flavors like cinnamon and peanut butter, but they taste like the real thing. Some of these flavors include: Watermelon  –  (8mg) Mango – (10mg) Watermelon-Lemon  – (15mg) Orange Creamsicle  – (12mg) Lime Lime Salt Water Taffy-Lime   10ml e-liquid for $9.95. PG/VG ratio: 60/40, Max VG 3%, Recommended PG Usage: 2%. Chocolate Milk “Milky Way”   10ml e-liquid for $9.95. PG/VG ratio: 60/40, Max VG 3%, Recommended PG Usage: 2%.

What about THC?

When you use high-concentration flavoring, you are going to want to get high. Some of these flavors range from 0 mg or less. You can also mix these with a much higher concentration of 75% VG/25% PG (they say max) and you won’t get too high (about 15mg). If you want to mix your own e-juice and do some strain testing, I would recommend a strain like this for these types of flavors.
