2. Requirements to Join Wireless Lifestyle:

You are at least 21 years of age with a valid and current driver’s license. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Employees may be required to provide proof of their educational background and/or employment history.

Must not have been laid off in the last 12 months. We also do not hire employees who have been terminated for cause within the last 12 months. Laid-off employees must provide proof of continued employment at another company within the past 6 months.

Must not have been convicted of a felony, misdemeanor or other criminal offense that precludes employment. Must provide proof of no felony convictions. Employment may be contingent on the results of a pre-employment drug screening, with random drug testing at the discretion of management. Additionally, employees must provide proof of no conviction for any state or federal crime within the last 10 years and no strike from any employer within the last 12 months.

3. Benefits Of Wireless Lifestyle:

Paid time off for vacations and holidays are paid according to the state of Wisconsin law. The following holidays are paid as well: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. 

Employees who work a holiday will receive a holiday premium on their check in addition to their regular pay. The holiday premium is 1/2 day’s pay plus $10.00 per day worked on the holiday.

As part of our employee benefits, we use employee choice for healthcare benefits. This means that employees are free to choose the health insurance coverage that best suits their needs. Employees may also choose a health savings account which includes dental and vision plans. Flexible spending accounts are available to employees who wish to save money on their healthcare premiums.
