4. If you are not able to keep an appointment, you can cancel right from the app without calling multiple numbers and getting conflicting information about whether canceling is allowed.

5. People who need urgent care can choose a provider based on their specialty, location, and other factors including cost of service as well as hours of availability for emergency services. 

6. Providers (and coordinators) can have access to information and communication tools to better serve your needs, including electronic health records.
